With a high-quality lawn irrigation system, you get underground pipework and discreet pop-up sprinklers — invisible when not in use, yet capable of delivering rain-like droplets across your lawn when needed. Once the watering is complete, the sprinklers retract, leaving your lawn neat and ready for mowing or garden use.

This kind of system is especially valuable for lawns under heavy use or where soil is shallow. In hot, dry weather, even a few dry days can deplete the grass’s water reserves — but a good irrigation system ensures consistent hydration, promoting healthy growth and recovery.

Our Sprinkler Solutions

At Bosworth’s Landscaping, we tailor our lawn-watering systems to the shape, size and demands of your garden. While every lawn is different, we commonly use two main layout strategies:

  • Perimeter (Edge) Watering — Sprinklers placed around the lawn’s edges, using 180° arcs. This reduces overspray and provides even coverage, especially useful in windy gardens or where you want to avoid watering adjacent borders or hard surfaces.

  • Centre-Line Watering — Sprinklers installed down the centre of the lawn using full-circle nozzles. This layout can be more cost-effective, and works well when borders surround the lawn or where edge placement is impractical.

Rain-Like Watering for Small or Irregular Lawns

Small lawns, irregular shapes, or complex garden layouts can be tricky to irrigate evenly. Conventional rotary sprinklers often waste water or deliver uneven coverage when adjusting arc settings. That’s why we offer modern low-flow rotary heads designed to give a consistent, even precipitation rate — regardless of arc or spray direction — while reducing water consumption and waste.
